Admin Assistant/receptionist

Set up appointments by calling up existing clients and reaching out to new customers who walk in the mall.
- Establish and accurately prepare customers records with the required paper work
- Complete data entry to record call notes, suggestions and questions.
- Helping large volume of customers every day with positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist call-in customers with questions and orders.
- Address customer complaints and mitigated dissatisfaction by employing timely and on-point solutions.
- Maintain accurate and current customer account data with manual forms processing and digital information updates.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase choices and selecting products.
- Attend to customer complaints and processed product return or replacement requests.
- Kept customer spaces clean, neat and organized for maximum appeal.
- Process customer payments, generated bills and lodge claims in HSP portal.
- Other Miscleeaneous Admin duties.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
