**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading provider of gas, electricity, and energy to homes residential and commercial customers across Australia. They are a very well-known provider and always aim to act with the customers best interest at heart. This temporary role and may have potential permanency for the right person. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, working 37.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the Customer Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Data entry of customer information.
- Maintaining and updating the internal customer database.
- Booking and scheduling technicians to fix customer issues.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality customer service.
- General admin duties including filing, sorting, and invoicing.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Customer Admin Officer, who has excellent communication skills and is proficient with their data entry skills. You will receive three-weeks of training and on-going support in the office environment, but you will need the ability to work autonomously as well. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, and this will be a minimum of two-days in the office.
