If you love working with people, picking up a phone, having a laugh, supporting and organising a team, then we want to hear from you
You will be supported by the Labour Hire Team Leader and HR Manager whilst working closely within our labour hire department, payroll, and accounts teams.
Experience would be great but it's not a deal breaker. We are happy to train you, you just need to be keen to learn and confident enough to talk on the phone daily.
**Duties include**:
- Call & visit clients - chase any timesheet approvals and help them with timesheet tech issues
- Ensure timesheets are completed on time every week - and correctly
- Set up new employee profiles then maintain and updating as needed
- Set up new and maintain existing client records on database
- Add in new and update existing pay and bill charges, as needed and end of year updates
- Upload employee benefit reports to scheme providers (superannuation, coinvest etc)
- Enter job details on the system (as and when required)
- Ordering and organising office stationary and equipment
- General administration, mail send outs etc
**About you**:
- Love talking to and helping people
- Can take the good with the bad, be proactive and a problem solver
- Enjoy administration-based work and being organised
- Able to support a team and assist with their queries
- Experience with hospitality, retail, recruitment, sales, real estate and/or construction markets (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
