5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar discipline for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading transformational CRM projects.
- Salesforce Experienced Business Analyst with Consumer Good industry experience.
- Consumer Goods Cloud experience will be add on. Project is for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation.
- Experience as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on a Global implementation of
- SFDC Sales, Service, Community Clouds, or similar and considered a domain expert in one of the three (preferred)
- Experience of Lightning implementations (preferred)
- Experience preferred in a specific customer vertical (Higher Ed, Financials, Energy, etc.)
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and pain points, facilitate deep discussions, and challenge status quo.
- Expert presentation and communication skills to both create and deliver top-quality presentations and demos to a broad audience including C-Suite to technical teams
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and succeed in projects that require you to take ownership and drive workstreams.
