**About the role**:
NHP’s Customer Service team are at the forefront of our business and provide first class support to our customers, both internally and externally. This role is integral in helping us build relationships with customers. Please note - this is not a call centre role.

In this face paced role, you will:

- Providing technical support & customer service to NHP customer base of commercial clients
- Work with Omni Channel platform processing inbound inquiries - orders, returns, queries, services & general items
- Liase with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Maintain records & documents relating to customer activity
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs

**For you to be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A willingness to learn and develop with the business

- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
