**About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to **plan, organise and manage internal and external events.**

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Organising and managing internal events e.g. leadership conferences, quarterly awards nights, annual Global Gathering
- Organising and managing external events e.g. client lunches, industry expos, developer meetups
- Overseeing our office information security policies and ensuring we are prepared for information security audits (an IT/Technical background is not essential for these duties - rather, this work requires someone with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail)
- Reporting to our Global Marketing Leader and supporting the CEO in additional areas, as required

**About You**:

- Previous experience in events management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- The ability and willingness to work autonomously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be curious
