**Our Next Administrator**
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join our team This role will be responsible for coordinating office administration for our Brisbane office and supporting our other offices as required. This is a part time role (~30 hours per week), working from our Brisbane office.
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Office organisation and supply orders, including shipping and receiving.
- Event planning and coordination, including travel plans.
- Liaise with external providers.
- General support for local employees and new hires.
- Liaise with IT company for procurement and all IT issues.
- Liaise with cell phone provider for plan, purchase, and upgrade tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all computer and IT-related equipment.
- Support for office Health and Safety (including PPE, Training, Equipment checks, systems).
- Meeting minutes as required.
- Other general office/reception duties as required.

- Competent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong skills in the areas of problem solving, time management, planning, and organising.
- Demonstrate an ability to competently use their initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise and take ownership over administration in the office.
- Previous administrator experience in mining, environmental science or engineering firm is considered an asset.
