**More than just a Job**:
As the Onboarding & Learning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Learning & Development Business Partner in various administration functions. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new Franchise Partners and new Retail Stores for existing Franchise Partners. You will be an integral part of our team, providing essential operational support and coordination to ensure our franchise partners have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Oversee the coordination, monitoring, and completion of Franchise Partner onboarding.
- Coordinate and support Franchise Partners and Poolwerx Support Centre (PSC) with Learning & Development events and activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the L&D calendar of events.
- Participate in project delivery and generalist L&D support.
- Provide regular administration and support for L&D systems and platforms.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and weekly reporting requirements.
- Assist in coordinating content for newsletters, forums, and Franchise Partner communication streams.

- Excellent computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
