**Your Opportunity**

The newly created role of Donor Services Manager has been created to support our growing Fundraising team. This exciting opportunity will see you enable the Partnerships and Philanthropy team to acquire, manage and grow a portfolio of long term, sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships with Major Donors, Corporate Partners, Trusts and Foundations, and Gifts in Wills supporters.

You will be responsible for managing the Donor Services Team in its operations through providing business process optimisation, marketing and events planning, product portfolio development, donor and account support and prospect management.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Lead and coach high-performing team members responsible for fundraising operations, marketing and events, sales support, prospect research and administration
- Develop and monitor KPIs for team members and ensure learning and development plans are in place
- Develop donor services strategy for the partnerships and philanthropy team
- Provide a centralised briefing function and account support from planning through to implementation
- Ensure policies, procedures and processes relating to donor acquisition, stewardship and partnering are developed and in alignment with other internal policies and procedures
- Develop annual stewardship plan including marketing, comms, events and other touchpoints
- Centralise content including case studies and images in collaboration with other fundraising and marketing functions
- Develop and standardise case for support documentation, proposals, briefing documents, tools and templates for internal and external use

**Requirements for Success**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in donor services, major gifts or corporate partnerships management or equivalent is essential
- Strong project and business optimisation skills and a high focus on process and system improvement
- Proven ability to build strong, respectful, and robust relationships, with a strong track record of achieving targets and deadlines within set timeframes and with limited resources
- Understanding of the competitive fundraising environment, as well as economic and market issues facing philanthropists and corporates in Australia
- A team player with strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Previous People Leadership experience
