Hays Policy & Strategy is delighted to partner in a discrete recruitment process seeking an Executive Officer to manage a diverse range of critical issues relating to key strategic objectives across the wider organisation.
**Your new role**
Reporting into the Executive Director you will play a critical role in providing high-level strategic support to the wider executive team. Further, you’ll be tasked with:
- Developing and implementing an operating plan, leveraging off senior stakeholders within the business strategic vision for the wider organisation
- Providing board governance support and representing the Executive Director across a range of committees and working parties
- High level secretariat support across a range of meetings with senior members of staff
**What you'll need to succeed**
Possessing a proven track record providing high-level executive support, supported by:
- Extensive experience in providing research services, including preparation of briefing papers, at a senior level
- Comprehension of corporate governance principles and proven track record providing governance advice within a professional service environment
- Willingness to work with a diverse range of senior stakeholders with an ability to build on and develop stakeholder relationships
