**Account Manager**

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a highly motivated, customer focused and detail-oriented individual to join our Shared Services (Auto/Boats/Caravans) team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support to the Queensland State Business Development Managers and managing and supporting vendors in the disposal of their assets. Reporting to Shared Services Manager - Auto: Corporate & Dealer and working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you’ll be working in a high-energy, motivated, fast-paced environment.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Efficiently managing the day-to-day requests and requirements of the vendor’s account, including payments.
- Ensuring vehicles are disposed of in a timely manner, in accordance with set KPIs.
- Overseeing the vendors stock through the various sales channels, including quality control of presentation onsite/online.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Assisting the National Account Manager with producing reporting for key vendors.
- Working extensively within AMS and the Grays website.
- Providing excellent internal and external stakeholder service and communication.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team culture.

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- A strong customer and relationship focus.
- The ability to manage tasks, priorities and time effectively to meet expectations and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, but not essential).
- A proactive, adaptable, positive team attitude, including a willingness to jump in and assist others as needed.
