Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage inventory levels across all airlines, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stock replenishment.
- Coordinate logistics communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage offsite frozen goods storage and report any damaged or de-listed stock items.
- Coordinate stock deliveries and equipment replenishment from Agility/Bulk Store and airlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation for customs audits and reports.
- Plan and forecast equipment orders and levels to account for holiday periods.
- Assist with scheduled periodical airline audits and ensure all action points are followed up.
- Operate company-specific ERP system and ensure accurate data entry.
- Current Forklift License.
- Proven knowledge of logistics management and production processes.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Competent in documentation and records management.
- Clear National Police Check.
