**The Role**
In this key position of the surgical process, as an Operating Theatre Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assembling and managing theatre case set-ups in accordance with operating lists, displaying attention to detail
- Be responsible for the care and maintenance of various equipment associated with the Theatre Department
- To be available in a general capacity to assist theatre staff
- Managing your caseload quickly and efficiently to ensure safe and effective care of patients
**Your Skills and Experience**
You are a highly organised, self-motivated individual with the ability to work effectively according to directions. You will bring exceptional communication skills, a strong customer focus and thrive in a fast paced environment.
You will also demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a theatre / hospital environment
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
**About the Hospital**
North Shore Private Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Healthcare. It is a modern, acute care hospital in Sydney with a longstanding reputation for excellence in patient care. **How to apply**
