**Your new role**

Working at NAB's conveniently situated Date Centre in Eastern Suburbs, you will be instrumental in assisting business customers with setting up and making amendments to their NAB Connect online platform. **Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Processing amendment request forms submitted by NAB customers or internal bankers
- Processing forms, making amendments to existing platforms, creating new platforms
- Ensure compliance is up-to-date, and all protocols are being followed
- High volume role with 30-40 requests a day - a variety of simple and complex queries.

The role starts on 8th April 2024 and is an initial 6-month temporary assignment with a genuine view to extending or offering permanency.

The hourly pay rate is $34.58 + Super.

**What you'll need to succeed**

NAB does not require any banking experience The successful applicant will have:

- Previous Admin experience with an analytical bent of mind
- A resolution focus and a team spirit- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and resilience.- Personable, professional with a keen determination to succeed.
