- **Talent Pools**: Your knack for organisation will keep our talent pipeline flowing smoothly.
- **Quality Matters**: Maintain the quality and accuracy of our job advertisements. Your attention to detail ensures that our opportunities shine.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- While a Cert IV in Business Administration or a Bachelor of Human Resources would be advantageous, it’s not essential
- Previous experience in a HR, Recruitment, or Administration position is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise discretion, and make sound judgments. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial
- With a customer-centric mindset, you’ll drive results. Problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to find solutions independently are key
- Strong organisational and planning skills are essential
- Previous work in a Shared Services environment is desirable
- Exceptional grammar, verbal, and written communication skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly are also important
