We are seeking a motivated and experienced **RTO Coordinator **to provide administrative support to our Registered Training Organisation in South Guildford

Additionally, the role will involve maintaining training and assessment resources and other documentation to meet regulators’ requirements, as well as participating in continuous improvement and tracking of administrative processes within the RTO and training functions.

This position will be starting on a part-time basis working 32 hours per week, with the vison to move into a full-time capacity once FY25 commences.

**About You**:

- Working knowledge of the VET sector and RTO operations
- Experience in using a Training Management System and previous exposure working within an RTO/Training Environment
- Ability to provide administrative support while providing leadership guidance
- Highly developed organisation and prioritising skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
