**About the role**:
WesTrac is searching for a qualified and motivated **Marketing Coordinator** to join our National Marketing & Customer Experience team, located at our South Guildford branch.

In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the Marketing and CX function and will play a key part in the team’s success. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the role will include:

- **Channelling your creativity** by providing junior graphic design support for our marketing materials and campaign assets, using existing design templates.
- **Fuelling our social media presence **by supporting content creation and running engaging competitions for our digital audiences.
- **Being an events support guru** for the team, helping with event logistics, vendor management and creating purchase orders.
- **Becoming a pro-organiser** by managing the Marketing request inbox, prioritising tasks, responding to, and closing out jobs efficiently.
- **Supporting your Manager** with internal communications and reporting, including Board reports.
- **Maintaining a healthy CRM** by accurately entering Marketing leads into the system, capturing source and campaign data, and supporting data cleansing efforts where required.
- **Living the WesTrac values** everyday through your actions, behaviours and decisions.

**To thrive in this role, you'll ideally possess**:

- A Marketing or Communications qualification.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of Marketing experience.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) with a good level of creative ability.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint and Teams).
- The ability to easily work within a team and independently to manage your own workload.
- Top-notch organisational and planning skills to keep everything on track.
- A current driver’s licence.
