Knox Private Hospital is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic and professional team, assisting our Executive Leadership Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service and administrative skills to step into a rewarding career.

As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include:

- Administrative assistance to the Executive team
- Perform data collection, reporting and auditing tasks
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes
- Manage diary appointments and meeting bookings for Managers

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in an Executive Assistant role or executive administration role for at least 3 years
- Provided exceptional customer service to internal and external customer
- Participated in implementing change (desirable)
- Used IBA Patient Management System (desirable)
- Worked in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment with competing priorities Knowledge for Success
- IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Doctor’s credentialing process in the private health sector (desirable)
- Finance and budgeting
- TAFE/ Certificate - Diploma level qualification in Business Administration or related discipline (or working towards same)
