Join us and be part of our Front Office team at Wrest Point. We are an icon having celebrated 50 years as Tassie’s home of play. Located just outside of Hobart CBD, Wrest Point offers a range of dining, gaming, entertainment experiences and accommodations to our guests.

**About the role**

We are recruiting for experienced and motivated customer service stars on a casual basis. You will bring “_Moments of Truth”_ to life in your day to day whilst providing our guests with engaging and personalised service. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands and shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

**Duties**

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks,
- Take online and phone reservations,
- Register guests and collecting necessary information (contact details and exact dates of their stay),
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms,
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities, and
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience in Front Office in a comparable hotel property,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills,
- Natural ability to connect with guests, providing memorable experiences and exceeding guest expectations,
- Contributing positively to team culture, and
- Full driver’s licence
