What you will be doing:

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be expected to:

Coordinate the management of the Front Office department in the absence of the Operations Manager Manager. You will ensure a smooth operation and the highest level of guest satisfaction seeking feedback on guest satisfaction and responding directly back to guests who experience any issues Strong & effective communication with all other departments Provide guidance and motivation to the Front Office team, creating an environment that allows colleagues to achieve job fulfilment and providing a path for career development with AccorHotels Be responsible to balance operational, administrative and colleague's needs Develop, implement and maintain new incentives through the promotion of our loyalty program ALL to motivate colleagues and maximize hotel revenue Ensure effective utilization & productivity of all colleagues through staff planning, hiring, scheduling & adhering to budget Adhere to and promote the Companys Health & safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and knowledgeable all safety & emergency procedures ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

What we are looking for:

If you like dealing with people and enjoy when no day is the same, then we would like to hear from you A minimum experience of 2-5 years working and leading teams in Front Office is expected. The knowledge of Sihot is an asset as well
The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
A passionate person who is able to make both their colleagues and guests smile
Someone with apparent energy and a positive attitude, that they will bring with them to every single shift
A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guests smile during their stay
