About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Office Duty Manager on a full-time basis.

This role will report directly to the Rooms Division Manager and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.

You will be expected to work a rotational roster including weekends and public holidays.

Duties

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee operations and maintain a highly visible presence in Front Office and guest contact areas,
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met,
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, and
  • Proactively anticipate both your team and guest needs.

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role,
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to build positive relationship and deliver on our _Moments of Truth _to our guests,
  • Strong time management, organisation and problemsolving skills,
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the team to exceed KPIs, and
  • Sound computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (RMS desirable).
