**About the role**

Our Support Team are the front line of our business. As part of this team and as the face and voice of the company, you will deliver service excellence to real estate software and industry related users by:

- Answering and triaging all inbound calls to effectively manage within internal departments
- Assisting with inbound account queries and working with the Support Team to complete support tickets where needed.
- Supporting the Accounting Team with bookkeeping duties as and when required.
- Assisting with the ordering and distribution of office supplies, setting up of meeting rooms and greeting of visitors.
- Assisting the Head of Operations with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.

- Minimum 2 years in an administrative or support based role
- Ability to listen to clients and elicit requirements
- Skills with Instant Messaging Systems (Slack or Teams preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Strong customer service expertise and team player
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to problem solve and a determination to find positive outcomes
- Adaptable and willingness to take initiative and to seek direction as appropriate
- Mature and professional; self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
- Strong ability to follow process driven activities

**Some experience in Property or Real Estate will be highly regarded but is not essential**
