As a Client Partner within this digital product consultancy you will be the engine room behind the key pillars of the businesses Client Experience. You will will help deliver great client experience through driving strong relationships with key customers, spot and drive opportunities to grow existing accounts, strategically influence clients and the internal team & work with the business development team to deliver top quality work.

This business are a well known client of ours that deep dive into their clients and work closely with them over a number of years rather than one off projects. They help their clients transform their customer experience through innovative and creative product strategies that are brought to live by the internal design & dev team.

You will strategically manage client relationships, articulating a clear and actionable strategy that meets objectives and ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned on client business priorities, objectives and expectations.

You will actively search for growth opportunities with existing client accounts, including working with and supporting internal team members to formulate account plans, strategies and uncover new opportunities.

You will develop a thorough understanding of your clients’ business objectives and recommend solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, providing leadership, strategic advice and support on an ongoing basis

You will drive the solutioning of opportunities and creation of proposals/SOWs for existing clients as required.

You will manage account relationships and account activity such as WIPs as well as onboard new clients and track and communicate the performance of accounts against key metrics (revenue,

project profitability, client satisfaction, quality etc) as set by the Client Services Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that wants to talk all things product & technology with their clients for a values based, down to earth agency.

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 + super.
