As the Client Partner with SEO focus, you will be delivering effective digital media solutions that are successfully profitable and drive sustainable client relationships through delivering effective business outcomes.


What your typical day will look like:

  • Contribute to the Media Strategy, Planning and Implementation by feeding relevant client insights to the executive leaders
  • Collaborate with the media teams to optimise channel spend and performance
  • Lead and identify ways to grow and retain the current client base and share any new business opportunities identified
  • Support, communicate and build commitment to the agency's vision, direction, initiatives etc
  • Leadership of account managers/ strategists, executives, and analysts within their client portfolio / vertical
  • Ensure team are utilised efficiently to deliver maximum effectiveness for clients
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure thorough understanding of client needs to ensure work delivers on business objectives
  • Contributes to the delivery of revenue targets through the effective management of resources to deliver to client briefs
  • Use market intelligence to present potential new client opportunities to Managing Director

A bit about you:

  • Extensively experienced across client service, team leadership, strategy, planning and business growth within the media industry
  • Previous experience leading a team within SEO, ideally on a large, commercial client
  • An innovative and forward thinking mindset, with an ability to talk to all digital channels to enhance SEO strategies and client performance
  • Strong understanding of industries in client portfolio, in particular the business challenges faced in market
  • People leadership; proven experience in the management and growth of a high performing team within a media or similar agency
  • Sound digital performance / media experience and understanding of multi channel strategy and planning
