Launched in 2021, helllomonday are an Aussie Edtech business that help organisations develop their future and current leaders through digitising their learning and professional development.
- But what does that mean I hear you ask?_

Professional development in the workplace is often talked about, but rarely is it executed in a way that lasts (80% of what is learned is either forgotten, or not put into practice). Neither is it personalised enough to have the benefits it says it does.

hellomonday was born to facilitate the individual learner’s development in a way that works on their own schedule and as a resource they can always come back to whenever they need it.

**The Role**

As an SDR your primary focus will be to attract new prospects by introducing and educating customers about the organisations digitised coaching and development platform. Your job will be to generate interest and ultimately book in web demos for your partnered AE. You will also get to sit in on your demos yourself to make sure you are learning and getting ready for your own promotion to AE. This will happen in your first 6-12 months. There is a proven pathway to progression this progression rather than empty promises.

The SMB space for these guys is being built out as there is a huge green patch to target. There is currently no other business based in Australia that offers what hellomonday does to the market. Lots of prospects indeed

Salary on offer: $75k base + Super + Bonuses (Realistic year 1 OTE $120K+)

The office is located very close to Martin Place station so is easily accessible by Public Transport. They do offer a hybrid work environment so you have flexibility as well.

**About You**
- Previous sales experience in a similar phone-based b2b sales role.
- Ability to start new conversations with new customers
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
