**The Company**
Our client, a well-established charity organisation in North Sydney with a large property portfolio, has a new opportunity for Lease Administrator/ Property Officer to join their team on a 12 month contract.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Lease Administrator/ Property Officer will work under the National Property Manager to ensure effective management of the organisation's national property portfolio.

The portfolio includes commercial, special purpose, and residential assets.

Duties include:

- Property Management & Administration: preparing lease agreements and reviews, documentation of leases & licenses, tracking leasing events in calendar
- Facilities Coordination: coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance, completing property inspections
- Stakeholder Management: liaising with various stakeholders (agents, valuers, lessees, contractors), assisting in report preparation for leadership team
- Other: managing maintenance contracts, reviewing rental payments & invoices, assisting in budgeting, taking ownership of property database
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
