- Manage rostering and wage controls efficiently.

- Oversee all after-sales service departments to ensure optimal performance.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- A minimum of three years in team management and leadership, preferably within the solar industry.
- At least two years of customer service experience in the solar sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the residential and commercial solar installation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
