**About The Role**

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the property management sector. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly. You will have the chance to develop your skills in Property Management and gain valuable experience in this field. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients and build strong relationships with them. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about Property Management and looking for an opportunity to grow their career.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of the employer in the Real Estate sector.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to landlords.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and resolve disputes between tenants and landlords.
- Liaise with contractors to arrange maintenance works as required.

**Skills And Experience**
- Proven experience in the Real Estate sector.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
