This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the property management sector. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of the employer in the Real Estate sector.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to landlords.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and resolve disputes between tenants and landlords.
- Liaise with contractors to arrange maintenance works as required.
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in the Real Estate sector.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
