**About the role**

The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for looking after employee/industrial matters for Stations, Network, and Travel & Tourism business units. Responsibilities include navigating meetings, preparing legal documents and written communications, and stakeholder engagement.

- Substantive experience in HR with a focus on employee or industrial relations
- Experience interacting with unions
- Some enterprise bargaining experience and a level of advocacy experience - public speaking or in a court setting.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or Law (or currently working towards)
