**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **People Services Officer**

The role will include:

- Preparing offers, contracts (using templates), change requests and other HR related correspondence and administration
- Responding to day to day HR related enquiries from the business
- Maintaining the HRIS (PeopleSoft), ensuring a high level of data integrity
- Generating HR reports from HRIS as requested
- Maintaining accurate and complete electronic personnel files
- Providing timely responses to employee and manager queries
- Working with the business to identify employee change requests in line
with payroll pay periods.
- Ensuring a positive employee experience for all new starters through all onboarding actions

**What will you bring**:

- HR administration experience or administration experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- HR qualification or studying towards
Modern Awards and employment contracts (highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills - you are a true people person
- Demonstrated problem solving skills to successfully identify problems and develop solutions where required
