We are seeking a dedicated, bold, and resilient

People Service Officer


to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers for the broader People Learning & Culture Team (PLC) team.

Reporting to the People service Manager, you will provide effective administrative support to People Service Centre, as required.
Your responsibilitiesAssist in the guidance, coaching and training of People Service Administration Officers and other PSC Officers.
Maintain confidential records in an efficient manner.
Maintain and explain current practice and procedures and follow relevant administrative systems.
Maintain knowledge of current practice and procedures and follow relevant administrative systems.
Provide a wide range of administrative assistance to adhoc projects as they arise.
About youExperience using a CRM.Strong customer service ethic with attention to detail, both numeracy and literacy.
Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices.
Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems and technology including Outlook, Excel, Word.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
