Full-Time Recruitment Consultant– Cannon Hill

We are looking for a Full-Time Recruitment Consultant with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join our growing team located in Cannon Hill. In this critical client-facing role, you’ll have the opportunity to use your customer relationship skills, and support candidates and businesses by facilitating a great recruitment process.

Duties include:
 

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage and grow your own client and candidate portfolio after training with our lead Recruitment Consultant
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse, goal-orientated team who are at the forefront of the QLD recruitment scene
  • Creating Job Advertisement
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels and conduct thorough interviews
  • Conduct pre-employment checks – fitness assessments and police checks
  • Create relationships between job providers and site managers.
