Field Sales Optimization Specialist

Sales Planning RoleWe are seeking an experienced Field Sales Planner to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for maximizing the return on investment in our internal field sales resources.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Regional On-Premise Managers and Key Account Managers to coordinate and prioritize field execution initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, providing recommendations to enhance resource deployment and optimize account activity.
- Develop and maintain standardized capacity planning approaches across states, ensuring timely reporting and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead field reporting updates for Monthly Review Meetings and ad-hoc business presentations, showcasing performance insights and recommending future actions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to manage complex agendas and meet tight deadlines.
