**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced **ICT Digital Readiness associate** to design and develop digital products to deliver end users access to information and awareness of new improvements and knowledge in ICT Services that have been developed and implemented by ICTSC. This person will need to integrate across the Directorate teams and work with mínimal supervision, following agreed procedures and supporting ICTSC management.

**About you**
- User Experience Design HCEV Level 5
- NV1 security clearance

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop graphical interfaces to increase accessibility of ICTSC products by ICT users and meet ICTSC business plan outcomes.
- Support business plan outputs and timelines using Agile project management approach.
- Support digital readiness of the ICT Service Centre as directed, including ad hoc activities to meet ICTSC business priorities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
- Strong writing and reporting skills for a wide range of deliverables.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and service delivery.
- Understanding of digital service delivery lifecycles and agile delivery.
- Understanding of Customer Experience / User Experience.
- Understanding of Agile Project management skills.
- Experience in influencing and educating technical and non-technical areas on the primary issues customers/users experience when interacting with digital and non-digital services
