You will be part of a solution-driven organisation focused on driving government digital transformation that delivers benefits to all Australians.

**Role of the Organisation**

The organisation provides strategic leadership on whole-of-government and shared ICT and digital services. They also deliver policies, standards and platforms for whole-of-government and shared ICT and digital service delivery. They provide advice to agencies and the Government on ICT and digital investment proposals and oversee significant ICT and digital investments, assurance policy and framework, and the whole-of-government digital portfolio.

**The Role**

Our client seeks 3 X talented User Researchers to join their Digital Sourcing Branch. The role involves collaborating with other researchers to conduct studies that inform product and service design and development.

As a **User Researcher,** your work will help understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to build a better BuyICT.gov.au and marketplace experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 4+ years of user research experience
- Solid experience planning, designing, and conducting user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and/or ethnographic research
- Solid experience with analysing research data and reporting findings to the product team and stakeholders to inform decisions
- Strong analytical skills
- A thorough approach to your work
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, as well as the ability to work well in a team
- Experience nurturing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to audiences
