Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the ICT Adviser will assist in the delivery of public transport projects by providing ICT technical advice and support to the project delivery team. The ICT Adviser will have knowledge of and ensure compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and policy requirements.
- Oversee planning, design and delivery of major public transport projects with ICT elements, including liaising with Data and Digital Transformation Services (DDTS) and TCCS CIO Branch representatives, ensuring effective governance, performance, risk, security, and compliance frameworks are implemented.
- Develop, manage and maintain effective business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and provide advice on project correspondence, technical project documentation including system architecture designs, plans, hardware specifications and other technical documentation related to the project.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practice standards in fit-for-purpose design, architecture and operation of customer-centric, service-oriented digital and ICT technology solutions, including integration of existing and new systems.
