As we continue to focus on innovation and our strategic priorities, we have an opportunity for a driven, dynamic and experienced **Digital Marketing Manager** to lead our digital marketing strategy and lead a small team to support our organisational growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this role is responsible for driving growth and retention across our portfolio of brands by leading our digital marketing capability to activate integrated digital marketing strategies, and campaigns.

**About the Role**

As our analytical and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager you will oversee our digital marketing strategy and work with current and new platforms to extract insights and collective intelligence to report, plan and implement digital marketing strategies, and create innovative solutions to grow our portfolio of brands.

As a future-focused and creative marketing professional you will define and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy, integrating content marketing, SEO, SEM, EDM, and social media to introduce fresh and innovative strategies to drive engagement and growth. Holding a high level of creative responsibility, you will work closely with our external agency, internal Marketing Managers and key internal stakeholders to enhance marketing strategies and manage content calendars to ensure alignment with organisational-wide marketing campaigns, product launches, and company milestones.

As a leader in our diverse and value-driven organisation, you will also leverage your experience to performance manage the CWS and NTAQ websites to optimise visitation and drive additional revenue and engagement, and work with the wider business including our Fundraising team to assist with online marketing approaches and digital fundraising.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role in a diverse and dynamic organisation and have proven experience planning and delivering an end-to-end digital marketing strategy. Other key skills we are looking for include;
- Proven experience in creating and implementing new products from conception to sale and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Solid experience with SEO, Google Ads and Analytics and ability to extract and translate data into valuable insights to build marketing plans and communicate to stakeholders
- Good knowledge of website platforms and web performance and e-commerce and sales experience will be highly regarded
- Results oriented, well organised with an ability to prioritise including that of direct reports and external agencies
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and able to convey creative concepts to senior management
- Tourism knowledge and/or experience an advantage
- Ability to work independently and flexibility to work onsite to be available to other business units.
- Be prepared to work in an outdoor environment, in all weathers, in a role that requires substantial walking in a workplace that has native wildlife such as birds and reptiles.
