**Quick overview of the role**
To provide general HR Administrative support across a wide range of activities. There will be a focus on assisting with all stages of recruitment and onboarding new employees, scheduling interviews/ meetings, maintaining records, drafting correspondence and assisting team members with all facets of HR.
**What will you be doing?**
- Assist with the coordination recruitment process including posting job advertisements, phone screening, scheduling interviews, reference checking and maintaining system records
- Support the employee onboarding process including processing new employees through relevant systems, manage new starter documentation, welcome packs and liaising with line managers regarding the onboarding and induction process
- Assist with the employee probation program, ensuring managers are aware of upcoming probations well in advance and issuing letters as required
- Support the preparation of variation letters for employees and other documentation when required
- Manage all employee birthdays through calendar invites and issuing birthday cards and vouchers monthly
- Manage employee Service Awards including gift, morning tea and awards
- Producing and maintaining a range of HR documentation including employment contracts, policies, procedures, templates, workflows, organisational charts, reports, training register and other workforce related documentation
- Maintain and update HR documentation as required
- Processing invoices
- Carry out other tasks and duties as directed and required.
- Previous HR experience in a similar environment
- Bachelor of HR/ Business or similar
- High -level administrative skills with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Skilled in developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Dynamic and moves with change
- A willingness to support different teams on site
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously
