A remarkable opportunity awaits for a Front Office Manager to join the prestigious team at Sofitel Brisbane Central. As the welcoming face of our luxury hotel, you will oversee front office operations, ensuring seamless daily processes and delivering unparalleled guest experiences that reflect Sofitel’s commitment to excellence.
- Oversee and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and reservations
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to optimise front office operations
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Manage front office budgets and financial reports
- Implement and maintain efficient check-in and check-out procedures
- Stay updated on local events and attractions to provide guests with relevant information
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Experience in managing budgets and interpreting financial reports
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
