Team Coordinator & Business Development Support
- Team Coordinator & Business Development Support_
Join our team as a Team Coordinator & Business Development Support in Sedgwick’s corporate division. Your role is pivotal in providing essential support to our Business Development team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
- What are my accountabilities?_- Providing administrative assistance to the Business Development team, including managing client relationships and documentation, and assisting with client onboarding.- Fostering effective communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders to meet client needs.- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders to meet client needs.- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance business development processes. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.- Tracking and analyzing client interactions and business outcomes, presenting findings to the Business Development team and management to drive strategic decision-making.
- About you_:
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Previous experience in business development support or client relationship management.- Tracking and analyzing client interactions and business outcomes, presenting findings to the Business Development team and management to drive strategic decision-making.- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.- Proficiency in documentation management and record-keeping.- Client-focused mentality, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
