The Role:
To generate sales for the company’s products which incorporates both technical and business development duties.

Business Development:
Generating leads through research into current and upcoming projects, internet scanning, cold calling, tender databases

Building rapport with current and potential clients, EPC and EPCM companies, with a view towards long term relationships

Track current quotes and tenders and follow-up

Prepare periodic reports to management

Contract Management:
Managing all aspects of contract negotiation from tender stage through to receipt of contract and final stage of handover.

Essential Skills Required:
In depth knowledge of the extensive range of Abus EOT Hoists and components

Abus specific specialised Training

Abukonvis Crane engineering and estimating Programme Ver.5.11(covers the design, engineering & final offer proposals for the following Equipment sold within the EOT Cranes industry)

Having worked in the crane industry in a similar role for a minimum of five years

A strong desire to achieve goals

Capacity to travel throughout the state of VIC and interstate

Outstanding customer service skills

Mechanical or Electrical aptitude

In general:
A professional approach

The ability to deal with personnel at all levels

A strong business acumen

An understanding of various National and International engineering standards

Be goal oriented

Energetic a strong team player.
