- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both staff and clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Adept at managing administrative staff and delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Relevant qualification in office administration or related field.
