Our client who is based in the leafy suburbs of the Hills, is currently looking for a hard working and driven
**Sales Administrator** to support their unrivalled and multi-award winning Sales team.

Experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential. If you have administration experience we'd especially love to hear from you, however if you have transferable and relevant skills and experience, we strongly encourage you to apply

**Your duties will include**:

- Providing general office and sales administration support;
- Administration functions to support the listing and sales activities;
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, as well as proofing material;
- Database management, including entry integrity, as well as contact, calendar, and task management;
- Completing data entry;
- Scheduling;
- Report preparation;
- Market research;
- Upholding professional standards
- Maintaining a presentable office environment
- General office administrative duties as required; and
- Providing professional communication to clients and a positive end-to-end experience.

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Previous experience in real estate administration is advantageous;
- A Certificate Of Registration is highly desired, however not essential;
- An exceptional customer service ethos;
- High level organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- A focused, proactive and motivated personality;
- A strong work ethic and positive outlook;
- The ability to take initiative;
- High level problem solving and time management skills;
- The ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Fantastic personal presentation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A professional phone manner;
- Experience with Data entry;
- A tech savvy mindset and be comfortable with new technologies;
- Strong computer skill set;
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
- Punctual; and
