**About the Role**:
As the Administrative Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the organisation with day-to-day business operations.
- **Administrative Support**_
- Provide general administrative support including preparation of agenda, papers, minutes and actions to allocated employees.
- Assist Director with corporate governance administrative requirements as directed
- Maintain the current filing and database system, and look for ways to improve current systems
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements and provide required back-up with finance functions, including payroll
- Review financial reports generated by Xero with Director, and coordinate required reports for quarterly business activity statements (BAS) and annual audit as needed
- Action incoming and outgoing mail
- Renew subscriptions to databases and professional memberships
- Arrange and provide support for meetings and other events
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other administrative duties as directed

**Who you'll work with**:

- Directly reports to Managing Director
- Works with a team of Coordinators, Project Officers and volunteers

- Experience in an administrative support delivery function with the ability to anticipate support needs and multi-task within a fast-paced, high volume and multi-faceted business environment.
- High level communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise
- confidently with all levels of the business.
- Sound experience to review and prepare documents to a high-quality level which are fit for business purpose.
- Sound technology skills across the full suite of programs, the ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems and actively educate and support other users.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment supporting productive relationships with people at all levels.
- Ability to develop, implement and maintain sound systems and processes to drive efficiency across administrative functions whilst leading and educating others within a continuous improvement environment.

**Working Arrangements**:

- **Remuneration**:_

$60,000-$65,000 (pro rata) + 10.5% Superannuation
- **Time Commitment**:_

0.3 - 0.5 FTE (part-time).
