**Job Description**:
Customer Experience Specialists can choose to work 100% from home. If you are regionally based or close to one of our office locations, TAL will provide you with state or the art technology and equipment to succeed in your role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Service inbound calls for new and existing TAL & Asteron products within a timely manner to achieve team and individual service levels.
- Build a strong business relationship with Financial Advisors and internal stakeholders whilst ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and quality.
- Educate our clients on the importance of their Life Insurance policies or investment products.
- Engage and participate in creating a supportive team environment whilst actively sharing your skills and knowledge to achieve overall team objectives/goals.
- Respond to escalations and complaints to obtain a quick resolution and when required liaise with the various departments and teams to achieve a successful outcome.
**Qualifications**:
**Your skills and experience**:
- You are customer oriented, with excellent customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- You are motivated and results driven.
- You are a team player, collaborative and enjoy supporting your colleagues and customers to achieve positive outcomes.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and previous experience within a Call Centre/Customer Service environment would be advantageous but not essential.
