**Part-time Office Administrator**
We’re searching for a career minded **Office Administrator**, who's searching for a long-term opportunity to be part of a growing company performing a key function for the team.
We're a hybrid company, so you'll enjoy the social atmosphere in our Rocklea office, but you can also work from your home office and enjoy a work / life balance.

**About the role**:
As the Office Administrator, your primary function is to help and assist the directors, and senior consultants, with their day-to-day duties.
Equally important, you’ll assist with upkeep of the office, basic bookkeeping, basic debtors and creditors, record keeping, basic OH&S, basic social media activity, basic spreadsheet maintenance etc.
**Requirements for this role**:
- At least 4+ years Office Administration experience (Recruitment agency or sales office background a strong advantage)
- Good **Xero** skills
- Good **Excel** and MS Office skills.
- Good **Computer skills** preferably **Apple Mac **experience**.**:
- Above average **IT** **skills **and strong IT capability to learn new software and tools.
- A **dedicated** and **private** work from home office space.
- **Strong attention to detail.**:
- **Fluent** level **English** communication skills both written and verbal.
- Any **CRM** / **ATS** software experience a very big advantage.
