The Client

Our client is a prominent player in the market, holding the management rights to a diverse portfolio of assets spread across Australia. The portfolio encompasses multiple hotels, an upcoming housing development project, and various retail rights, establishing our client as a key player in the industry.

The Role

As a crucial member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO and, on an ad hoc basis, the Managing Director. This is a newly established position that offers a diverse range of responsibilities to keep you engaged and challenged.

**Travel Coordination**: Facilitate seamless travel arrangements for executive members;
**Data Entry**: Accurate and timely input of invoices into the MYOB system;
Development of PowerPoint presentations;
**Proposal Assistance**: Collaborate on the creation of proposals to showcase the company's capabilities;
**Meeting Scheduling**: Organise and manage calendars, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings; and

**General Administration**: Undertake various administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the office.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
Strong administration background is essential;
Knowledge of MYOB - highly desirable;
MS Office - intermediate level; and

Strong initiative and high attention to detail.
