**How will you make an impact in this role?**

**Responsibilities**
- Project management support including data analysis, Technology and Agency briefing, timeline management, feedback co-ordination, approval processes, asset deployment and testing.
- UX (user experience) Application tracking and development: Collating, interpreting, and presenting results, and identifying opportunities for our roadmap.
- Supporting the team with data analysis and web tracking across key platforms to generate insights into applicant behavioural drivers and optimal journeys.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Socializing and briefing of projects and new initiatives to technology, sales, servicing, product, risk, legal and compliance teams.

**To be successful in this role you will need to be**:

- Proficient and comfortable managing and analysing numbers, preferably in MS Excel.
- Power Point experience with website analytics (Adobe Analytics, Content Square) and Tableau (nVision) an advantage
- A great communicator (verbal and written)
- A positive, energetic, and inquisitive team member who is keen to contribute to a strong, fun, and supportive team culture, and to the ongoing evolution of its activities.
- An organised and detail-oriented coordinator, with the skill and resilience to be able to keep projects on track and escalate as needed.
