We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced **Office Administration Clerk/ Bookkeeper**, for full-time employment at the Port of Brisbane, QLD. The main purpose of this role is administrative support, customer service and logistics support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role
- Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bookkeeping activities, e.g. raising purchase orders
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency and experience in XERO is essential
- Proficiency in a Warehouse Management System (Carton Cloud) a plus

**Duties**:

- Administrative;_
- Complete Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Invoicing processes
- Prepare professional presentations, reports & correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical & electronic) for efficient document retrieval
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics and office team
- Organize meet-and-greet at reception for drivers and visitors
- Liaise with the warehouse on arrivals of drivers for delivery or pick up
- Ensure induction and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) taks conducted by drivers
- Customer Service:_
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Follow up on customer orders as required
- Logistics Support:_
- Assist with order processing and shipment tracking as required
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, bill of lading)
- Track inventory levels and communicate potential stock shortages to the Logistics Manager
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, carriers, and suppliers
- Maintain and update logistics databases and spreadsheets as required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- XERO: 1 year (preferred)
